Online Signups Now Open, Meeting this Sunday 1/19/20

Player registration has been opened online! Follow the link below for online registration, then follow the instructions in items 1 – 3 below to prepare for Sunday’s registration meeting (6 pm, 1/19/2020, Emily Dickinson Gymnasium).

  1. Prior to this Sunday, go to http://bozemanlegionbaseball.com/about/player-forms/
    1. Download, print, and fill out the 2020 player indemnification form
    2. Complete Online Player registration
    3. Pay $50 tryout fee (you can pay online here or bring a check to Bozeman Legion Baseball to the registration meeting)
  2. Turn in at registration
    1. 2020 Indemnification form (from above item 1.(a)
    2. Official Birth Certificate (I have yours from last year if you didn’t take it back)
      1. If you need to order this document, just let me know and make sure to have it turned in prior to March 1
    3. MHSA Physical Examination form
      1. If you got a physical for Fall or Winter Sports in 2019/2020, just get us a copy. 
      2. If you haven’t gotten a physical yet, please schedule one right away

Our 2020 Player policy is undergoing revisions and will be available to view and sign prior to March 1.

Bucks win three in a row–will play in the Regional Championship on Sunday with a berth to the American Legion World Series on the line. First play Idaho Falls, Idaho in the Day 4 Cross-bracket game Saturday at noon.

The Bucks continued their winning ways with a 4 – 1 victory over State Champion Medford, Oregon on Friday. With the win, the Bucks earned a spot in the championship game on Sunday. But first, they take on the Idaho State Champion Idaho Falls Bandits on Saturday at noon. Games have been moved up due to forecasted rain later in the day.

Bucks win Game 2 over Kennewick, WA at the Regional Tourney, advance to play Medford, OR today at 4:30 p.m. MDT

The Bucks continued their strong play Thursday with a 5 – 0 win over a very good Kennewick, WA team. Bozeman advances to play in the undefeated winner’s bracket game vs. Medford, OR today at 4:30 p.m. Mountain time. The game was moved up from the original 7 p.m. schedule due to forecasted rain later in the day. Go Bucks!

The Bozeman Bucks take on the Billings Royals at 4 pm today for the Montana/Alberta AA State Title!

The Bucks take on the Billings Royals in the Montana/Alberta AA State Championship game today at 4 pm! The Bucks are undefeated at 4 – 0, while the Royals are 3 – 1, so the Royals would have to beat the Bucks twice, while the Bucks can claim the crown with one victory.

Bucks will play for State Title Wednesday Night; First Play Missoula in Cross-Bracket Game Tuesday night, 7 pm

The Bucks are 3 – 0 in the AA State Tournament in Billings, MT. They have earned a spot in Wednesday night’s championship game. But first, they take on the Missoula Mavericks in the cross-bracket game to determine the matchup for Wednesday’s championship.
