The Bozeman American Legion Baseball program is set to kick off its 2017 season and excitement is in the air. Each new season brings afternoons and evenings at our beautiful ballpark; some say it’s the best in the state. And this new season brings a new coaching staff. We are excited to introduce our new Director of Baseball Operations/Head Coach, Rich Poliquin.

Coach P. comes to Bozeman after several winning seasons with the Bitteroot Red Sox. The Red Sox A team won District, State and Regional titles in 2015 and in 2016. He was assistant varsity head coach at a 5A high schol and coached club ball in Arizona. Coach P. played high school ball in California awhere his team played in the state finals at Dodger Stadium. He played college ball at Cerritos Junior College in California and Conners State College in Oklahoma, where an injury cut short his pitching career. Coach P. looks forward to the coming success of the Bucks program.
