Job Description:
The Bozeman Legion Baseball Program is searching for a new Head Coach/Director of Baseball Operations for its Legion AA, A and B teams/program. Applicants should have experience as a team leader on and off the field. Applicants should have a high level of integrity, adequate baseball knowledge/experience, the ability to manage all players in a professional manner while guiding the players to be better athletes and, more importantly, better young men. The position includes, but is not limited to coaching/managing the Legion AA baseball team (as well as overseeing the A and B teams), coordinating the legion schedules, maintaining uniform and equipment inventory for all teams, hiring assistant coaches, managing assistant coaches, and registering for all tournaments.

The coach will work directly with the Bozeman Baseball Executive Committee as well as communicate closely with the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth youth program Director.

This position requires a highly dynamic and effective communicator with the community, parents, and players and the ability to create, maintain, and promote a positive culture.
